Business Development Manager

Location:  Remote
Type: Full-Time
What You’ll Do:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across North America and Europe
• Lead customer acquisition, pitch proposals, and negotiate contracts
• Collaborate with R&D and production teams to develop tailored solutions for clients
• Monitor market trends and report competitive insights

You Bring:

• 5+ years in B2B sales or business development, preferably in electronics or OEM/ODM services
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical ability
• Fluent in English; Mandarin or Vietnamese is a plus

Key Account Manager – Electronics & Consumer Products

Location: Remote
Type: Full-Time
What You’ll Do:

• Manage long-term relationships with major clients
• Coordinate order fulfillment, product development timelines, and after-sales support
• Work cross-functionally with logistics, production, and quality teams
• Drive client satisfaction and growth through proactive service

You Bring:

• 3+ years experience in account management or client service
• Familiarity with electronics or power-related product lines
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Customer-first mindset and attention to detail

Electronics Product Engineer

Location: Dongguan, China
Type: Full-Time
What You’ll Do:

• Support product design, prototyping, and testing of PCBA, cables, adapters, etc.
• Collaborate with clients on product specifications and DFM improvements
• Oversee validation processes and compliance testing
• Troubleshoot technical issues during production

You Bring:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Hands-on experience with PCB design, CAD tools, and test equipment
• Knowledge of industry certifications: CE, UL, FCC, RoHS
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving ability

Quality Assurance Specialist

Location: Factory-based (Guangdong or Vietnam)
Type: Full-Time
What You’ll Do:

• Implement and monitor quality systems (ISO9001, RoHS, etc.)
• Conduct inspections, audits, and root cause analysis
• Review supplier quality and issue corrective action plans
• Ensure all shipments meet customer and regulatory standards

You Bring:

• 2+ years in electronics manufacturing quality control
• Experience with AQL standards, FAI, and reliability testing
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Quality certifications (CQE, Six Sigma) are a plus

Supply Chain Coordinator

Location: Cambodia / Vietnam / China
Type: Full-Time
What You’ll Do:

• Manage purchase orders, lead times, and supplier communications
• Coordinate logistics, customs, and shipment tracking
• Work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery
• Support cost optimization and inventory planning

You Bring:

• Strong Excel and ERP system skills
• Experience in sourcing, procurement, or logistics preferred
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Fluent in English; Chinese or Vietnamese is a bonus
